Meetings Maestro is operated by AI Lean Solutions LLC. By using Meetings Maestro, you agree to use the service only for authorized private meeting administration and communications.

Authorized Use

Access is limited to users authorized by AI Lean Solutions LLC or an approved meeting administrator. You are responsible for keeping your account and secure links private.

Communications

Meetings Maestro may send operational text messages to people who have opted in or who are being contacted for approved meeting service coordination. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Privacy and Discretion

Users must handle meeting information discreetly and only for legitimate meeting operations. Do not export, copy, disclose, or use meeting data outside the authorized purpose.

No Emergency or Clinical Use

Meetings Maestro is an administrative scheduling and communications tool. It is not an emergency service, medical service, clinical service, or personal-advice system.

Service Changes

AI Lean Solutions LLC may change, suspend, or limit the service to protect privacy, reliability, compliance, or security.
